Wait a second, just one more second. GO!!! Sprinting I showjump over the lying tyres. Pacing myself, I hurdle over the under & overs. Clambering over hay bales, I catapult myself to the next stack of bales. Bouncing, I lunge myself across the bale course. Speeding through the other girls I balance keeping my body steady while i rush across the wobbly board. I sprint towards the cargo net, slipping on my knees grazing through the muddy grass. Skilfully, I tiptoe over the minature hurdles, past the agility ladder. INCOMING! Sprayed by a hose and acting like a celebrity I skid across the bubbly tarpolin. Dripping water I rampage... THE MUD RUN!! The squelchy mud sticks to my thin body hairs. Gurgling, the gaping mud swallows my white feet. I escape, running free. Through the slalmon run, I zig-zag through, no hits. Last few metres, I'm gonna' make it. Finished The event all over. I have finally had my Mud Makeover.
Waiting for my mum, we sit watching the door. Knocking on the back door, mum's face squeezes through the cracks. I stand erect and turn, contemplating the smiling face through the window. Walking through the rain, we carry the delicious ingrediants. Once we were insisde, we were dogs shaking of the water drops. Chattering about, we got to work, inserting each ingrediant at a time. Perfect measurements, perfect food. Time to drizzle the coconut oil. Sprinkle the cinamon and crunchy, fresh walnuts.
Into the oven, I place the bababababa nana bread. Waiting anxiously, the timer goes after 20 minutes. It's done! We win the class comp.
